Counselling

  • £50-£60 

  • Members of BACP, NCPS

  • Typically work with Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Loss, Work Stress, Low Mood, Identity, Relationship difficulties 

  • Counselling qualification - (Diploma Level 4/5)

 

Psychotherapy 

  • £65-£80

  • Accredited with BACP or UKCP  

  • Includes counselling but typically longer term, in-depth work with Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement plus trauma, childhood neglect/abuse, suicidality, eating disorders, DV + more

  •  Psychotherapy/Psychotherapeutic Counselling qualification - (Post Graduate Diploma/ Masters Level 6/7

Children and Adolescent Therapy

  • £60-£80

  • Members or Accredited with BACP, NCPS

  • Trained in Counselling with Children (5-11) & Young People (11-17) - (CYP)

EMDR 

  • £80-£150 

  • Registered practitioners or accredited practitioners with EMDRIA / EMDR-UK

  • Work with Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, Phobias, Complex Grief

  • Qualified Counsellors & Psychotherapists with a further qualification in EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation reprocessing) 

Clinical Psychology 

  • Practitioners with a Doctorate (Phd) in Clinical Psychology 

  • Level 8

  • Price Range £120-£150

  • HCPC / BPS

Couples Counselling

  • Qualified Counsellors & Psychotherapists with further training/experience working with couples

  • Price Range £70-£90
