A Bit About Me
Deciding to ask for help can feel difficult and so can feeling lost or stuck in your life.

A new path can lead to a new place. You may be suffering with trauma and navigating the repercussions of difficult events or memories. You might feel like you have lost your direction and maybe even a part of yourself along the way. I can work with you to help you to process these changes and gain a deeper understanding of the road that you have travelled so far.

My therapeutic approach is humanistic, which means that I believe that we each have our own unique understanding of our lives and of events that happen.
I can help you to identify unhelpful patterns of behaviour so that you can become aware of the options open to you and feel more empowered in your choices. I work face-to-face or online to offer you a safe space in which to reflect on the breakdown of a relationship, stress, loss of confidence, a bereavement, addictions, low self esteem, domestic abuse or past traumatic events.
