Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or painful at times.
You might be here because:
You're feeling anxious or stuck.
You're grieving or going through a loss.
Your struggling with relationships or family issues.
You're battling addiction or low self esteem.
Or you simply feel that something in your life isn't quite right.
Whatever you are facing, you don't have to go through it alone.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and honestly, without judgement - at a pace that feels right for you.
Together we can explore what's going on for you, understand patterns in your life, and gently work towards the changes you want.
As an accredited counsellor and member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society I am committed to ethically supporting individuals through their personal journeys.
I offer a warm, relational, and down to earth approach.
I draw from a range of therapeutic models - including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt and mindfulness -tailoring each session to your unique needs.
Most importantly, I focus on building a strong trusting relationship, as I believe counselling works best when you feel genuinely safe, supported and understood.
