One-to-one counselling: £55-£70 per session

Professional qualifications:

Dunamis Diploma in Humanistic and Creative Counselling (Accred. BACP)

CPCAB/Place to Be Level 5 Certificate in Working Therapeutically with Children and Young People

Additional training:

I am committed to continuing my professional development and attend regular training to support my work in areas such as: grief and loss, gamers & gamblers, neurodivergence, PMDD, relationships, safeguarding, self-harm, SEND, shame, suicidality and trauma

A Bit About Me

I offer down-to-earth counselling to adolescents and adults across a broad range of issues.

I recognise that everyone is different, with different needs and as such do not work in a rigid or formulaic way.

I know from experience the value of a supportive, empowering therapeutic relationship and believe that with support we can all access the inner strength necessary to move forward, to grow, become more resilient, self-compassionate and find more meaning in our day to day lives.

My role is not to tell you what I think you should do, but to support you as you increase your self-awareness, identify and explore unhelpful self-beliefs and make sense of past or current events, relationships, identity and so much more.

Alongside my private practice, my counselling experience includes working across various charity and educational settings with a broad range of people, ages and issues.

Finding a counsellor you’ll feel comfortable enough with to share and explore personal issues is difficult with just a photo and a few paragraphs to go on so with this in mind, I offer a free 15 minute zoom (or phone) chat in order that we can ‘meet’ and for you to ask any questions you might have.

From here, should you wish to proceed, we can organise an initial face to face introductory session, which I offer at a reduced rate of £35.
