A safe space through loss, change and life’s difficult moments

A Bit About Me

I am an Integrative Counsellor offering a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space for adults and young adults navigating grief, bereavement, end-of-life experiences, or the emotional demands of caring for someone they love.

I draw on different therapeutic approaches and shape our sessions around you, your experiences and what feels right for you. There is no one way to experience loss, and no “right” way to feel.

At the heart of our work is the relationship we build together — a warm, trusting and collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood and supported, at your own pace.

Grief and Bereavement

Losing someone you love can turn your world upside down. Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing and lonely, and sometimes it can be difficult to know how to move forward.

Bereavement counselling offers a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about your loss, your feelings and whatever you are finding difficult.

You may be experiencing:

  • Sadness, anger, guilt or loneliness

  • Shock or difficulty accepting what has happened

  • Anxiety, low mood or feeling overwhelmed

  • Changes in relationships or everyday life

  • Difficulty finding your way through life after a loss

  • A loss from some time ago that still feels painful

When facing the end of life

Facing the end of life can bring many different thoughts and feelings. You may want somewhere to talk about what is happening, what matters to you, your fears and hopes, or simply how you are feeling.

Counselling can offer you time and space to make sense of your experience, explore what is important to you, and talk about the things that may be difficult to share with those around you. There is no expectation that you need to have everything worked out. We can simply start where you are.

Support for carers

Caring for someone you love, particularly when they are approaching the end of their life, can be exhausting, emotional and overwhelming. It is easy for your own needs to become secondary while you focus on the person you care for.

I offer a confidential space where you can talk openly, be heard and have some time for yourself — without judgement and at your own pace.

Support for you, while you care for them.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Whether you are grieving a loss, facing the end of life, or caring for someone you love, counselling can offer a space where you do not have to carry everything on your own.
