A Bit About Me

I have always been passionate about helping others.

I am a fully accredited and experienced solution-focused counsellor. I offer support with any difficult feelings you are experiencing, such as; anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, depression and low self-belief. I regularly help people to navigate the significant challenges that life can present us with.

I am passionate about supporting individuals through difficult times and am continually inspired by the positive difference counselling can make to those in need. I have experience in helping clients to cope with grief, relationship difficulties, trauma, life changes, and low mood.

As a pluralistically trained counsellor, I am able draw on a range of techniques and approaches from all modalities to provide support tailored individually to each client.

I offer a calm, supportive, and reflective space where we can explore what you are going through and consider ways forward together.
