A Bit About Me

I have experience working with a range of people and issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, life stage transitions, relationship issues, anger, stress, burn-out and work-related issues.

I have worked in community counselling settings, for a suicide prevention charity and in private practice.

I offer a space to explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Rooted in the understanding that our early experiences and unconscious processes influence present-day thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, my approach invites reflection and insight.

People come to therapy for many reasons – during times of transition, after loss, in moments of uncertainty, or when something long-held no longer feels sustainable. In therapy, we will work together to gently uncover recurring themes, relational dynamics, and internal conflicts that may be contributing to distress or difficulty. This process can help you make sense of longstanding patterns, navigate complex emotions, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Next steps:

Please get in touch if you’d like to arrange a free 20-minute initial call to talk about your therapy needs and to arrange an initial consultation.

Please note that the therapy room is accessible via stairs.

I work both in-person and online, providing open-ended and short-term therapy. Sessions take place at the same time each week.
