A Bit About Me
I am a qualified Humanistic/Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and young people in their therapeutic journeys. I am a registered member of the BACP and an Accredited Practitioner with IPT-UK.

My background includes working across both private practice and mental health services. Since 2011, I have provided therapy and supervision to individuals, alongside my ongoing role as a Primary Mental Health Practitioner for children and adolescents within the Brighton and Hove Schools Mental Health Service.

I offer:
-
Individual Therapy (Adults, Children and Adolescents)
-
Couples and Family Work
-
Clinical Supervision – One-to-one and group-based, for qualified therapists and those in training
I work integratively, drawing from a Humanistic foundation while tailoring my approach to each client’s needs.
I also offer Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Adolescents (IPT-A), supporting young people experiencing depression and relational difficulties.

Sessions are available in person from my private practice in Hurstpierpoint

Integration of approaches: The central premise of integrative counselling is that there are many ways in which human functioning can be explored and understood. See links for more about therapies offered.
